Terms & Policies

1. Appointments & Cancellations
 • Appointments must be cancelled at least two days prior to the scheduled date.
 • If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, a fee of $50 will apply.
 

2. Payment Terms
 • Payment is due the same day the service is completed.
 • Accepted payment types:
 - Cash and Check: Due at the time of service.
 - Venmo and Card: Due after service is completed, on the same day.
 (For card payments, an invoice with a payment link will be sent to the client’s email.)
 

3. Warranty
 • Seal Team 6 LLC provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship, valid only if payment is made on the day of service.
 • Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
 - Hard water stains
 - Walking or driving on the surface too soon
 - Snow removal (plows, shovels, or snowblowers)
 - Any other circumstances outside of Seal Team 6 LLC’s control
 

4. Right to Decline Work
 • Seal Team 6 LLC reserves the right to decline work if the surface is in poor condition to avoid false liability claims.
 

5. Curing & Traffic
 • The client agrees to keep vehicles and foot traffic off the sealed surface for at least 72 hours after completion to ensure proper curing.
